I have a double room available to a female professional, from the start of April (though later in the month is also possible), in a period property on Keppel Road in Chorlton. They are furnished double rooms and available on six-month tenancy agreements .

The house is a huge, licensed, 6-person house share. Prospective tenants will need to meet me for an initial viewing, then return for a ‘cup of tea’ with the tenants. I always seek current tenants’ approval before signing a new tenant. The current housemates have a dog who lives at the house for about a fortnight each month.
