I am a PhD student studying chemistry at the university of Manchester. My hobbies include music (I play piano and guitar), games (card games, chess, PC games), cooking and reading.

I'm looking for somebody who's easy to live with (not too messy and makes rent payments on time) and shares some interests. Flexible as to living with a student or a professional.

Monthly rent is £500, internet is 13.50 and energy bills range between 40-100 each month (closer to the low end now that we are approaching warmer weather). If you are a professional, the council tax band is A and you will receive a 25% discount on this from the government as I am a student.

Kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge, freezer but no dishwasher.
