Hey !

We’re Seher and Charl, both young professionals who are looking for a new housemate to join us in Chorlton.

We are tidy and respectful housemates (this extends to the upkeep of the garden in the warmer months), who have lived in our lovely home for just over 3 years. We’ve worked hard to create a homely environment filled with all the things we love & it’s important to us that the our new housemate is like minded - respectful & tidy!

I’m a high school teacher & Charl is a paralegal. I will be working from home once a fortnight (starting in Sept) and Charl works from home 3x a week. We’re keen activists and are politically engaged. We enjoy cooking together, having friends over, thrifting, going out for meals and drinks, visiting galleries/exhibitions & attending protests. We also love a cheeky glass of wine at Ad Hoc/Flawd!

The house is the perfect location in Chorlton - an 8 min walk from Morrison’s/the tram and directly opposite Unicorn. We’re also close to The Barbican/Beagle/Mary & Archies. The council tax is Band B - the bills are not included with the rent & are approx. £120pm.
