Double room available in Chorlton

Furnished, light filled double room available near Chorlton Water Park.

Hey, I’m Georgia and am looking for a lovely human to share my cosy home.

The room available is a furnished spacious double over looking the back garden with plenty of light, available from 10th May.

The house is wonderfully nestled between Burton Rd and Chorlton, a 5 min walk from Chorlton Water Park, 15min walk from Barlow Moor Road tram and a 5 min walk from the 101/103 buses into town.

There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, high speed internet, tv with netflix/disney, a piano, a decent garden and plenty of on street parking.

I work from home so am preferably looking for a roomate who doesn’t (or at least not everyday).

A little about me, I love getting out into nature, camping, swimming, yoga, cooking, catching an art exhibit, crafting, bad DIY, film nights, live music, good coffee/wine. I work as a graphic designer and am also part of an art collective. This is a queer/animal friendly home :)

I’m definitely a social and extroverted person, but have been getting to know my inner introvert recently and would hope for a balance with my future housemate of someone who likes to hang out, share a meal and also enjoys their personal space too, is clean and tidy and thoughtful, which I also try to be. I shared houses for over 12 years in a few different countries and have made great friends this way and would hope the same thing could happen here.

Oh I also sometimes dog sit/dog walk so that would need to be cool too :)
