Summer let in friendly Chorlton house

Hey! I’m leaving Manchester so I’m looking for someone to rent my room for 3 months, from 1st June until 31st August (can be flexible). There is the potential for this to be longer, if you like the house and if my housemates decide to rent the house for another year.

I've lived in the house for nearly two years and I'm very sad to be leaving! It is a spacious 5 bed house with a garden in the centre of Chorlton, available bedroom is £550 per month with a shared bathroom, and bills usually come to around £70 in the summer.

House is fully furnished, my bedroom has a double bed, two large wardrobes, chest of drawers, and I'm happy to leave my desk and chair behind, if needed. Safe street parking right outside the house and a secure place to store bikes.

We often hang out in the evenings and like to go on trips and out for dinner, so we’re looking for someone social who wants to get involved. My housemates all work 9-5 graduate jobs, so they like it quiet during the week and always respect each other’s personal space.
