Cosy modern double bedroom in Chorlton by the water park

I moved in last year and have been busy renovating to create a warm, homely and cosy space.

Three bed one bathroom

There are two bedrooms - one is mine and the other is for the potential house mate. This leaves a spare room for guests/study/reading room/drying clothes.

The room boasts morning rays and overlooks the back garden where you will see squirrels, cats and parakeets every morning

A bit about me.
I work full time as a doctor in GP/A&E. Easy going, out most evenings either seeing friends, bouldering or playing tennis. I enjoy cooking and would be down to meal share and chill when time allows.

I'm looking for a house mate who is also easy going, tidy, sociable whilst also able to respect down time. My preference would be someone who: goes out to work i. e. not WFH 24/7 & doesn't cook meat on a daily basis.
