Looking for a short-term flatmate to take over my lease from mid-April/start of May, until the end of July. The current residents are Finn and George, two professional mid-20's men who enjoy hanging out, chatting shit, chilling, cooking etc.
The room is currently my room, and I will be moving to one of the other rooms as they come available. It is the largest of the three rooms, with loads of light coming from the two big windows. There is a wardrobe, a desk, and a chest of drawers in there besides the bed. The room came with a second wardrobe, but I deconstructed it (who needs two wardrobes???) but I can put it up again if required.
Full rent is £1500 per month, and the remaining £1080 is split between the other two rooms.
George alternates between early and late shifts, meaning he is sometimes up and out the house at 4AM, and sometimes coming back at 11PM. Finn generally works weekends and some weekdays. They’re both big music people, and as such do not have an issue with noise. However, this goes both ways! They may be loud sometimes, as George mixes, and Finn play guitar, and theyre not averse to having friends over.
We're looking for someone friendly, mostly tidy (not expecting perfection), with a bit of chat in them.
