Single room in a great location in Chorlton

We've got a small single bedroom available in a 4 bed house on on St. Werburghs Road. It's an amazing location, less than 10 minutes walk from Chorlton tram stop and the big Morrisons. There are also bus routes right at the end of the street. There's a big sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with a separate toilet, and decent sized back garden with an apple tree which is lovely in the summer. Plus all the usuals you get in a shared house - central heating, washing machine, microwave, broad band etc :)

There are 2 other full-time housemates - Katerina is 28 and works in customer service, and I (Rosie) am 34 and work in market research. In non-corona times the landlord also stays once a month and contributes to the bills.

We're looking for a tidy, respectful female housemate to join us. We are friendly but also live independent lifestyles. It's a super peaceful location and quiet house so would suit someone looking for that kind of atmosphere. The room now has a wardrobe, and there's a big cupboard under the stairs for additional storage if needed.

Bills are on top of rent and work out around £80 a month.
