2 Rooms in central Chorlton House

Hello I’m looking for 2 new roommates as my current ones are both moving in with their partners. The house is split into 3 flats, we have the ground floor and basement space.
The kitchen and living room is open plan and very spacious. There’s 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. We have a large garden shared with the upstairs flats.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and is the bigger of the two available, facing out to the garden

The other is still a double but a bit smaller and in the basement. Both come furnished with beds, wardrobes, draws and bedside tables :)

It’s on the same street as Morrisons and Chorlton tram stop, close to all other shops, bars, bus stops etc.

About me-
I work with adults with autism mon-Fri day times, as well as working at a pub in chorlton at the weekends. I enjoy cooking and hanging out together, as well as having my own down time.
I appreciate keeping shared spaces tidy and having housemates that are fun and friendly!
I also like reading, drawing and creative hobbies, going to the cinema and going on walks. I’m also doing a BSL level 1 source Monday nights. Not a big party house vibe.

Selected roommates would go through the application process through the letting agents and would *have to have all references, deposit, paper work ready etc :))
