Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy professional to join me in my lovely, spacious and clean home in Chorlton.

The person moving in will have two private rooms: a double bedroom, plus a separate room that works perfectly as a home office, studio, or extra living space.

It’s ideal for someone who works from home or simply wants more space than a typical house share, but still wants to socialise and live with a friend.

The house itself is large, bright, and calm, with a huge open plan downstairs living area and a garden. It’s on a quiet residential street right next to a nature reserve, so it feels peaceful while still being very close to everything.

Location: one of the best areas of Chorlton
• 5 minutes’ walk to Beech Road cafés, bars and restaurants
• 10 minutes to Wilbraham Road shops
• 15 minutes to Chorlton tram stop
• Easy commute into the city centre (around 30 minutes)

• Beautiful, expansive and green nature reserve space right on the road (in the summer I love walking down to the nature reserve with a blanket, some music and a book!)

You’d be living with myself, I’m very chill, I can do social, I can do solo, whatever your vibe is. I’ve lived in this house for three years. I work in TV, so I’m half work from home, half office based. I love watching movies, seeing friends, food, comedy, having a dance, going for long walks, down for hanging out but also I’m also totally conscious of people’s space.
