2 new housemates needed in Chorlton home

My name is Megan, and my two housemates are leaving our home in Chorlton, and I’m on the lookout for good people to replace them.

It’s a great house, in a nice location. It can feel really cosy in winter here but has an excellent garden for summer.

I like to have a nice balance between doing my own thing, but also cultivating a house share that feels homely and like community. Would be great to find housemates who have their own thing going on, but also want to make a house a home!

- This has always been an all-female house share so am looking for that, but am open to options too if it’s the right fit
- Queer friendly
- ideally, no cooking meat in house
- Smoking is ok outside in garden, just not inside
- I really like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy
- Rooms are unfurnished, shared spaces are semi furnished
- Bills are around £130 on top of rent
