So my current flatmate is moving out and I have a spare double room.
The flat is lush, it’s a modern furnished attic flat and it gets gorgeous light all day. Double room for £575 bills not included but end up being £140-£180 roughly depending on time of year.
I’m looking for someone who is sound, clean and tidy and just down to earth really. I’m a teacher so I’ve got a quiet, chilled routine in the week, ideally looking for someone who is similar.
