hi I'm a live in landlord and I'm looking to rent a room for the first time. I'm very easy going. I don't smoke or have a pet so would prefer a non smoker but I'm open to someone bring a pet. there is a 86 bus stop right outside which will take you into town and chorlton tram so is only a few minutes walk. for anyone that's a fan of the unicorn it's literally over the road. there is a new blind coming for the room and I've got a new cooker coming for the kitchen
