The flat has 3 bedrooms. One room is occupied by a friendly long-term tenant, & the other 2 bedrooms are also available to rent (super-king bed!)
Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, a small lounge area & a breakfast bar.
This flat is full of character and is a straightforward, comfortable base for anyone wanting to live in a nice area with great transport connections.
Parking is available on a nearby road with just a 2 minute walk to the flat.

The space
The cosy rooms are above a restaurant and well being studio in Chorlton, just next to the tram stop and Chorlton park. It's a 10 minute walk from a beautiful bit of open nature (the largest Manchester has to offer) stretching all the way down the river Mersey.
The flat itself is up some stairs and there is lighting to make it easier if you arrive at night, and there is a lock box if you'd like to have a safe space for your keys.
It's a bit of a hidden gem, and access is down an alley behind a row of shops. We've been here over 6 years and never had a problem, but worth saying in case you're feeling anxious about that.
This is council tax band A property, and is the only bill you'll have to pay (water, gas, electricity and wifi are all covered by the rent!).
