Room Available in Friendly Chorlton 3 Bed

Hello! We are Meg and Em and we are currently looking for a flatmate to fill the third bedroom in our 3 bedroom flat in Chorlton.

❗IMPORTANT INFO: 1x room, available July 1st 2026. Rent is £540 not including bills. (This usually comes to around £640pm.)

🏡 THE FLAT: The flat is a first floor maisonette flat on a private, very green road off St Werburghs Road (3 min walk to the tram stop from ours). Besides each of the bedrooms, we have a kitchen, living room and bathroom (kitchen and bathroom are fitted to a high standard, and everything works.) It’s a 10 minute walk to Morrisons, with a locked communal bike store at the end of the road. The flat has since gotten more plants and decs up then the pics show :-)

🛏️ THE ROOM: Double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair, bedside table, working electric heater.

👯 US: Meg is an office based copywriter, and Em works at a university, hybrid. We both have our own set of friends but love hanging out together! Our home is queer friendly, and we have worked hard for this to not just be a rented flat, but a cozy, safe and sociable home. Meg loves the gym, books and climbing; Em, hiking, wild swimming and gigs; we both play football, too, love cards at the pub and watching rubbish telly.

🫵 YOU: We would love for our housemate to be up for cooking together and hanging out, as well as someone who respects alone time. Not a huge partier, but who loves a good dance when up for it or trip to the pub. No preference on gender, but preference on being sound and having good craic!
