Amazing location: on the boarder of Whalley Range/Chorlton, very close to 86 bus and Firswood metro stops, near to three popular bars and good local corner shops and Tibetan Kitchen.
5 minute walk to the bars and shops of Chorlton.

We're looking for someone to move in and become a new friend to share laugh/cup of tea/wine/TV series with and not to just 100 % bedroom hermit.

We have 1 upstairs double room and 1 downstairs double room, in a huge house of 2 boys, 1 girl and a cat (also male).. Back patio with barbecue, fire pit, fig tree and occasionally a 12 ft pool for heatwaves! :D

Rest of the house is pretty huge too, the kitchen is big enough for 2 to comfortably cook in and there are 2 bathrooms in the house - one currently being refitted so will be brand new upon arrival; so, cooking and getting ready in the mornings are never a struggle.

£280 rent/month, bills on top- bills include various subscriptions to Amazon Prime, Nextflix, YouTube Premium, Apple TV+, Chromcast for big lounge TV where we hang out together a lot.

One off payments: £350 deposit to the estate agent into a Deposit Protection Agency
