I'm looking for a flatmate for my new swanky flat in Chorlton.
The flat has just been renovated, so is very modern with a kitchen/lounge area with massive windows that overlook the communal garden. The room itself has a big wooden wardrobe and double bed with a new mattress. You will also mostly have the main bathroom to yourself as I have an en suite.
The flat is ideally located 5 minute walk from loads of great bars and restaurants in Chorlton and 10 minute walk to Chorlton tram stop and more bars on Beech Road!
I am looking for a sociable and fun person that doesn't just want to be a room hermit! I like going out for food/drinks, getting out and about in the great outdoors, music, cooking etc etc basically all the normal things 20 somethings do! I work full time monday-friday, 9-5 in town, so it would be good if my flatmate was on a similar schedule. As I have recently bought the flat and it's the first place I've owned, I am keen to make it nice and homely and keep it fairly clean... but don't worry, I'm pretty laid back and not a complete neat freak!
The price for the room is inclusive of all bills - Gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax, TV licence.
