Lovely large house that Den (Gay) 33 and Myself Dom (Straight) 32 own, and live in. We have both lived in rented accommodation before and understand the hassle if something needs fixing, as we own the property this should never be an issue.

Room to rent is large double with double glazing and brand new bed, mattress and blind/curtains.
On street parking, plenty of space and not a yellow line in sight.

The house has enclosed garden at the front and rear of the property, we had installed a large brick built barque for hosting the perfect weekend for inviting friends over in the weather stops raining.

Large lounge with wood burner.

Open plan dinning room and kitchen with large table for up to 8 people.

Two bathrooms currently with a third on its way.

A spare room for friends and family but we don't want this to be used every weekend.

70mb broadband unlimited.

Washing machine, dishwasher, range cooker, dryer, large fridge, freezer and sky TV.

We like to have drinks on a weekend and sometimes through the week, we cook together and would hope the new housemate could join with this. The house doesn't carry noise but we like people to be quiet during the morning and late at night.

A little dog Teddy is a great little fella who would change anyone's fear of dogs, he doesn't shed hair, like water or get dirty (sounds to good to be true).
He has grown up with cats and other dogs but he is the man of the house, great for security but is very small and uses the cat flap to go outside, we also have a kitten called Periwinkle.

We are decorating the spare rooms ourselves but we have professional jobs and this will not impact anyone even if they want to be hungover all weekend. The house is undergoing renovations so if a temporarily messy front garden doesn't bother you then great!

We'd rather not have a housemate who works shift patterns or too many weekends. The rent is not just a room, it's the whole house so feel free to use it as your own.

We'd also like to point out that we don't mind people having partners staying over but it's not for couple or partner to be staying 5 times a week.

We advise on coming to meet us just to get to know each other a bit beforehand.

We'd like to befriend a new housemate and would want to head for a drink before moving in :-)
