Amazing house share in Chorlton

The kitchen

Hello!

We are looking for someone to take a room in our Chorlton house, as one of our housemates is moving on to pastures new.

The house - 3 bedroom gorgeous house in a lovely street in Chorlton. The house has everything you'd want - nice sized rooms, big living room and dining room, and well equipped kitchen (inc. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and TWO fridge freezers - yes, two, so lots of room). We also have a bathroom with a powerful shower and bath, the shower is amazing for getting you up in the morning! The house is very close to transport links, shops, bars, cafes, etc. It's a great place to live.

The housemates:
Jamie - 33 y/o young(ish) professional. From Scotland originally. Been in the house since 2014, when he first moved down. Sociable, friendly and down to earth.
Saxon - 37 y/o professional, recently attainded a PHD. From Warrington, although does not sound like Kerry Katona. Sociable, friendly and good fun. Enjoys gardening, drinks, etc.

We both have our own life's, but also like to chat and have some craic in the house, and watch TV over a glass of wine - e. g. Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, Ru Paul, etc. We're looking for a new housemate, but it'd be even better if we found a new friend!!!

The rent plus bills comes to around £440 pm and include all the usual (council tax, gas, electricity, broadband, Netflix, etc.), plus a cleaner who makes sure we're spic and span :)

As you can see, the house is amazing value. And we're lovely housemates. Come round for a look!
