- Double room with private bathroom, and shared living area (sofas + TV) and kitchen

- We keep the kitchen / living area clean!! Last summer I moved into a flat where people didn't clean up well, because of the hot weather had to deal with fruit flies and maggots in bins :( you won't have to worry about that here, I've used actual pictures rather than showroom pics so you have an accurate depiction of the cleanliness :)

- Modern furnishings in bedroom and kitchen, plenty of storage space (especially under the bed!)

- Convenient location- close to bus routes (stops for the 50 are a 1-2 min walk away, Oxford road a 5 minute walk away with many more buses that come frequently) so easy to get to the city centre, Morrisons / Sainsbury's nearby (5 min walk), Lidl + Wilmslow Road (lots of food places) 12 min walk away.

- Reception staff are nice, any issues can easily take it up with them

- 24 hour security

- Can add you to a WhatsApp groupchat once everything's sorted so you can communicate with the other flatmates if needed :)

*Requirements:*

- Must be a student currently studying at university

- Must be able to pay rent in full upfront (accommodation rules)

- Please also be clean lol
