Hello,
I have a single room to rent in a quiet residential area in Newton Heath. The house consists of a large living area, a good sized kitchen with two fridge freezers. The house also has two toilets and an onstreet parking if you drive. Otherwise, there are loads if bus stops close to the house with a tram station literally 2 mins behind the house which can take you to and around Manchester. Each room has it'own smart TV apart from yours due to the size but will be happy to arrange for a tab for you if that helps. There are also several shops in the area for your convenience. If interested , please get in touch and I will arrange a viewing as soon as I can.
Please note there is an extra 50 pounds per month if you are on universal credit and its 700 per month if you are spending less than 3 months.
