This apartment is a new build and will be opening in Mid October for viewings and I would love to live in a 2 or ideally 3 bed apartment with like minded girly girls. I enjoy shopping, fashion, girly time as well as going out for meals & cocktails and also appreciate a cute night in! I am very clean & tidy so I would like a roommate whose living arrangements are compatible with mine! I dislike laziness I would like roommates that clean up after themselves, have good hygiene etc and leave the living area & kitchen squeaky clean. A 2 bed is £1,200-£1,300 a month so someone whose budget is £750-£800 a month with bills is ideal.
The place is absolutely stunning and is in the heart of Manchester near Deansgate Castlefield Metrolink. There are options to have an island kitchen which I would love and a hallway would be ideal. The management have confirmed the lower the floor the cheaper so ground floor will be £700 with bills each (for a 2 bed) I would be happy to discuss all things💗. It comes with residents lounges, gym, spa (sauna, pool, steam room) yoga / spin class etc.
