Double room in a great location close to centre

I’ve been let down last minute on a joint tenancy so I’m looking for someone to take on a double room in my apartment.

I’m quite an outgoing person, domesticated and house trained, looking for someone to become good friends with instead of just a lodger.

The apartment is just a short walk from Deansgate, and you’d have your own bathroom as my room is en-suite. Fully furnished, and all kitchen gadgets and equipment will be provided by myself. The apartment block comes with allocated parking per apartment, which I’ve already taken, but there’s a Facebook group with others in the same block where there are constant advertisements for spaces to rent from people who don’t need them (approx. £70-£90 per month depending on who you speak to).

Regarding bills, it depends how you wanna work it. I haven’t moved in yet so I don’t know how much bills will cost, I get the keys and move in on the 26th of April, but for now you can either choose to go halves on rent and bills (£650 + bills) or agree to £800 with bills included and I’ll sort everything, it’s up to you.

I’ve been told I’m not allowed to sublet, so you’d have to apply to join the tenancy which is a £50 admin fee.
