Flat Mate Wanted To Live In Deansgate Towers?

Looking for a fun, outgoing flatmate to expand our brotherhood!

Last year, I met my current flatmate on spareroom. com, and the value that has brought to both our lives has been awesome. Now, we want to move to a 3-bedroom place and make another friend for life!

We have a perfect balance of going out and socializing, as well as being focused and productive. We're very invested in self-development, hitting the gym regularly, and our conversations often revolve around entrepreneurial topics & leveling up.

We enjoy spontaneous outings like randomly going to bars on a Wednesday just to get out and explore the city. Deansgate Square is the best part of town, and we're well connected within the community here. We go to the gym & always up for fun activities. We both work from home & typically in calls all day during the 9-5 week.

For July 2024:
Rent will be £800-£950
Bills + Council Tax approx £200
Parking: I know free place but is £5 uber away or its £200 here
