I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the tenancy from my current one, who will be moving out in the end of January..

It’s a gorgeous townhouse-style modern apartment with high ceilings and a gallery view that makes it feel so open and airy. There are 3 modern bathrooms, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 storage closets, and direct access to a balcony, which is perfect for a little fresh air or a quiet moment outside.
The apartment building is fitted with a gym, concierge, study spaces and parking facilities.

The Details:

Rent is roughly £1030 per person, including bills.
Deposit - 4 week rent
