Hi there, my current flatmate is moving out on 27th of May 2026 and I'm looking for someone to renew the contract with me, starting on the 28th of May 2026.

About me :
31 yr old Italian girl, very chill, easy going and relaxed person. You won't find any drama here :)
Being Italian, I like cooking but I don't recommend to try it ahaha. I do enjoy trying many types of food, which I balance by exercising a lot. I love going to the gym, walking outside (weather permitted :) ) and swimming.

I'm a civil engineer, working in the office 5 days a week so you will have a lot of space for yourself during the week.

I'm very tidy and respectful of the common spaces and I'm expecting the same from the future flatmate.

About the apartment:
We'll be sharing the flat in a brand-new development with top-tier amenities.

Your room is a double bedroom, fully furnished with built-in wardrobe. You will have your own personal bathroom.

The £1025 rent includes full access to the gym, pool, sauna, steam room and broadband. You will also have access to co-working spaces and lounges in all of the four towers, plus a 24-hours concierge.

The avarage bills are splitted as follow:

Winter time
- Electricity + water = £150 each / monthly

Summer time
- Electricity + water = £ 70 each / montly

Council Tax band: F = £131 each/monthly

Parking is available if needed with an extra £50 per month
