Double Bedroom in Denton M34

Hi!
My name is James, I have a spare room to rent. It is my tenancy (in my name) but have been allowed to advertise for a housemate.

The room comes furnished and some of the furniture belongs to the house so can’t be moved unfortunately, but all furniture is modern. Furniture in the room includes a storage lift bed, bedside table, double wardrobe with extra storage and a TV. If you have a TV and would prefer to bring it I can move this for you.

I work through the day and am a pretty quiet and easy going person. It would be nice to have someone who is happy to do their own thing but also would enjoy a few drinks with a film or something. Must be tidy and respectful, especially in the communal areas.

The house also has a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, shared bathroom with bath/shower, a good size garden with table and chairs and on street parking. You will have access to any of these rooms at any time as I want you to feel comfortable, I wouldn’t ever expect anyone to be restricted to their bedroom for the bulk of the time (unless that’s what you enjoy) Any other questions please feel free to get in touch.
