We are looking for someone to join our houseshare.  Current housemates are young professionals (26-31)  - one female and one male.

Our interests include being active, travelling, cooking, boardgames and at the end of the day - catching up over some trash tv.

The flat is situated in Ballbrook Court on Wilmslow Road.  Within walking distance, there is an Aldi, Sainsbury's Local and a Tesco Express as well as plenty of local bars and restaurants. Easy access to City Centre via transport links with West Didsbury met stop just a 7 min walk away and bus stops just outside the complex. Easy access onto the motorway network.

The flat is situated on the top floor with the room and flat fully furnished with everything that you need. The flat has a modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, lounge and 1 bathroom with bath/shower combo between all 3 housemates. There is also use of a garage if bike storage is needed. On-street parking is available for free for residents.

The room is a comfortable, freshly painted double and is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, curtains and chest of draws.  

Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, washer/dryer, toaster, dishwasher and everything else you could possibly need.
