Bright Flat with Parking & Garage

I've recently bought my first place having moved back up North from London & looking for 2 other girls that are outgoing & sociable to move in. I'm new to Didsbury & looking forward to exploring the area. I work in Macclesfield in digital marketing & would like other working professionals that are looking for a chilled homey flat.

The flat is really well located just a short walk from Didsbury Village & West Didsbury. The tram is 4 minutes away, the bus route runs right outside the property, as does the bike lane.

Rental come with space to park, as well as a garage that's available for storage of larger items you don't want to keep in your room. The property is also set back from the road & is therefore usually quite quiet.

I've recently moved in so the property is currently being redecorated with all new furniture in the lounge & kitchen. The bedrooms are both doubles, one slightly bigger than the other. The larger room has a full wall to wall built in wardrobe & leaning desk, the smaller one comes with a wardrobe, chest of draws & side table. Please note there's only 1 photos of the lounge to show how bright it is as I'm still doing it up.

The property has a large bathroom with a massive shower & bath with jets (if that's your thing). The kitchen is also really bright, all the usual amenities including a washing machine & tumble dryer. The lounge/dining room has a sofa bed for any guests staying over, TV & extendable dining table for when more people come round. The flat itself is very bright due to it being on the top floor & has all hardwood flooring. There are also glass doors so that the light carries through the whole flat (don't worry, the bathroom & bedroom will be frosted).

The rent includes all bills, including a bi-weekly cleaner, fibre optic internet & ground keeping. I'm looking at 6 month contacts currently. Ideally I'd like people who are clean & want to live in a flat where the occasional evening drinks or movie night would happen.

I am a live-in landlord so I'd like people who want to live in a nice environment & look after their home. Having rented for the last 6 years I do want to make people to feel as at home as possible.

I'm taking virtual viewings on Thursday 20th September and physical viewings on Friday 21st or Sunday 23rd. I'm looking for people to move in some point in late September onwards.
