Bills are not included. But bills come to approximately £115 in winter/£105 in summer. This includes Council Tax/TV License/ Virgin Fibre Optic Broadband/ Virgin Media TV/ Water/ Gas/ Electricity. All in, a really great price for such a good location.
Currently 3 clean and tidy boys in the house. No gender preference. Just looking for someone who is easy-going and enjoys socialising!
