Room to rent in West Didsbury - April move in

Myself and my flat mate Theo are looking for someone to fill a room at the end of April as our other roommate decided she is moving back home. The contract is for a 1 year tenancy starting at the end of April. Estate agents will need to do basic referencing checks. Bills are not included in the above price, but split 3 ways they’re approx £110 a month each (council tax, broadband, water, gas and elec). We will most likely be able to accommodate you moving some stuff over before the tenancy start date!!

The room is a double bed and is located on the bottom floor (See pics). Our flat is on the ground floor with a basement type bottom floor, but my flat mate said she found it had lots of light all year. We share a bathroom but it’s always kept nice and clean.

I currently work as an engineering consultant and Theo is a student paramedic. I work hybrid so I’m home some days and at the office other days. We are both very active and sociable. We do a mix of things such as hiking, climbing, football and Theo even has a blowup kayak. I’ve also got a load of houseplants so the house can be very green - especially in the summer! We’re mostly just looking for a young professional who is easy to get along with!!

We’re a very chilled house and get on really well so you won’t feel like you have to stay isolated in your room all the time. The living space is really large and gets lots of light throughout the year.

This is a really good location, 5 minute walk from burton road and didsbury high street, also just down the the road from a tram stop and several bus stops on our road too.
