My name's Issy, I'm a 28 year old professional working in the Creative Industries and am looking for flatmate for my spare room.

I'm looking for someone easy-going, chilled, clean / tidy, friendly but independent and respectful of space etc.

The flat is in Didsbury, pretty much between Didsbury village and West Dids. It’s close to loads of bars, pubs, restaurants etc and is about a 5 min walk to a tram stop (West Didsbury) and 1 min walk from bus routes into town. There’s lots of parks and green spaces within walking distance. There is also an off road parking space for the flat.

The second bedroom is a spacious double, and comes with a large wardrobe with drawers for storage, double bed frame, bedside table and mirror.

There is space to put in a desk should that be of preference, and you can really make the room your own!

Looking for someone who ideally works from the office/workplace for majority of week.

The kitchen / living room is spacious and there is a large bathroom, including a bath.

The property is in a nice building with only 10 flats in total, we have a neighbours WhatsApp group and everyone is friendly.

I am looking to hold viewings this Sunday 17th late afternoon/early evening and the evenings of Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th. Please do get in touch if you're interested! If you're unable to make those, do get in touch and we can see if we can work something else out.
