The house is extremely friendly and all working professionals. We like to spend time with each other but also respect each others privacy if you want to keep yourself to yourself. The room is large and comes furnished with a double wardrobe (two rails), a set of drawers and a king size bed. The kitchen is large and comes fully equip with dishwasher. The house also has a lovely garden which gets lots of sun in the morning / afternoon and kept to a high standard with a gardener. Parking included on driveway but you can also apply for a free permit from the council. There is a large living room in the basement and also lots of storage in the basement. 2 shared bathrooms one on the first floor and another on the top.

The landlord is great and fixes things really quickly when you request! Looking for someone to take my room asap as I am moving into a property.
