My current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I am looking to find another girl to take the room. The end of her tenancy is 26th June but we can arrange an earlier move in date in June if that suits you better.

The flat is situated on a quiet leafy street just off the bottom of burton road and is only a short walk away to lots of cafes, shops and nice bars. There is free street parking also.

It is situated close by to both a local co-op and Tesco express (about a 10 minute walk). There are many bus services close by and it is about a 15 minute walk from burton road tram stop.

The flat has a nice girly vibe to it 🎀💫 so looking to keep it to girls pref. It would also be preferable if you are a working professional. I am looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and helps to keep the flat clean.

About me: I am 29 years old working in the NHS as a paediatric audiologist. I work long days Monday- Thursday and have Fridays and weekends off. I tend to be more chilled in the week just because of my working schedule but I like to be more social on my weekends. Usually I’ll spend it meeting up with friends, heading to cafes, bars, pubs, gigs etc.

It would be nice to live with another girl who is also social that I can get along with/ head out with but who also has their own social life.
