The house is located just off Fog Lane. It's a 2 minute walk to local shops and supermarkets. The train station is a 5 min walk away (11 mins into the city centre) and busy bus routes are also 5 minutes walk away, there is also easy access to the M56 and M60 by car.
Didsbury village is a 10 minute walk away and has lots of cafe and restaurants, great bars and beer gardens, boutique shops and a lively cosmopolitan atmosphere.
There is parking available and a south facing garden at the rear.
