I have a lovely furnished double room in a 2 bed ground floor coach house in Didsbury. Spare room is 8ft 4 x 9ft with window overlooking garden, Shared bathroom & living space. Fab private patio which leads on to huge communal garden. I have lived here for 6 years since new and i love it.
Happy to do mon-fri or 7 days a week. Quite flexible on terms.
Right in the middle of east & west so good for transport and amenities. Next to Christies. Would suit nurses / pilots / cabin crew.
I have a parking space and there are 4 overflow spaces which is 1st come 1st served. I have a dishwasher, sky TV and broadband. I'm a very clean & tidy person so i'm looking for somebody similar who will respect my home & help with keeping our home clean (it's a shoes off kind of home). I have a monthly cleaner & i work from home 1 day a week.
