Cctv has been installed around the property for extra peace of mind, this includes the front garden where off street parking is available.

Bills included in the price including a high speed internet connection. There is an additional charge of £20pm to cover a cleaner and a range of monthly house hold items. The cleaning fund is occasionally used for house socials when running a surplus.

The house is a 5 min walk to didsbury village and 15 mins to west didsbury where there is an array of restaurants and bars.

The house has good transport links into Manchester with the bus being 3 mins walk, tram 5 mins and train station less than 10 min. Access to the M56 and M60 are both 5 mins by car.
