Seeking a professional to take over my room for the rest of this contract (until 07/08) and possibly beyond …
THE MATTRESS IS NOW INCLUDED (as well as bed frame, side table, wardrobe etc)
The location is excellent with great pubs, parks and 4 supermarkets within 5 mins walk . Didsbury village tram stop is 2 mins walk away.
The house is lovely with a large, light open-plan lounge / communal area downstairs. The kitchen is top notch. There is also a utility with a washer & dryer. There’s gardens out front and back which are really nice in summertime. There’s also 2 toilets.
The room is upstairs and looks over the back garden. It is quiet & cosy. To make space, the chest of drawers is just outside the room in the hallway, but you can always move that back in if you like.
My housemates are wonderful people, both are very friendly & respectful. All bills are split evenly. We also take turns cleaning.
