We are a household of young professionals, who enjoy socialising and watching TV in the evenings. We also enjoy a pub quiz and going on nights out so would like our new housemates to share these interests.
The room is available from the end of March, so looking to do viewings as soon as possible. Bills are included in the rent, so no hidden charges. We would prefer a male housemate just to keep the balance of the house.
The house is located in a nice quiet area in Didsbury village and is within walking distance (10mins) from shops, bars and restaurants in addition to Didsbury tram stop and Burnage train station.
