We’re looking for a friendly young professional to fill an unfurnished double bedroom in a lovely spacious first floor flat close to the centre of Didsbury. We have furnished the rest of the flat and like to keep it loved, tidy & clean!
The flat is £525 a month (plus £145 for bills inc water, wifi, gas & council tax) and there is free on-site parking at the back of the property. The official contract will start on 10th May.
The flat is very well located! 10 mins walk to both Didsbury village and West Didsbury tram stop. 15 min walk to Burton Road. 10 mins to Burnage train station. Well connected to Manchester City Centre (can be at Piccadilly in 25 mins).
