I’m looking to rent out my spare room. The flat is located in Didsbury village less than a 5-minute walk from the tram and the High Street

The room available is a double bedroom with enough room for a desk, along with your own bathroom (not en-suite). The flat has a lovely open-plan living/dining with a Juliette balcony as well as a brand new kitchen. There are spare spaces in the parking court, or when these are busy, there are loads of on-street parking. Rent is £625/month, and bills are roughly £216/month, including council tax.

A little about me: I’m 26 and an architect. I work in Altrincham 3-4 days a week and work from home the rest of the time (always on a Friday). I’m a big foodie and love to cook, as well as sew and make some of my own clothes. I love to travel and go on hikes. I’m social and enjoy nights out on weekends but also value chilled evenings.

I’m looking for a clean and relaxed flatmate who equally values their own space but would love to be friends too!
