Hi there,
We have a double room to rent in the heart of didsbury village which is available from the 10th November.
The double room is lovely and spacious looking over the garden and has been recently decorated so is in great condition! It is furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, book shelf and bed side tables.
Me (emily) and my boyfriend Dan live in the flat also - we both work full time so only about in evenings and weekends. We are both friendly and approachable and are looking for someone who is happy to do their own thing as well as being easy going and easy to talk to!
The rent includes all bills, council tax, wifi along with a contribution to the ground rent for the flats.
Happy to accept Monday to Friday lets.
There is a £495 deposit which can be paid before moving in - you will get it back when moving out of the flat! Please feel free to message as I have probably forgotten to mention some important details! Thank you :)
