Household facilities included (washing machine, iron, kitchen roll, toilet paper, fridge freezer, microwave and oven and hob. Parking spaces available. Road is on cul de sac so very safe to park. House kept clean and tidy.
Minimum stay 6 months or more(subject to checks and references). Ideally looking for someone easy going like myself male or female (female preferred) but must be clean and tidy and clean up after themselves. No pets or smokers (Vape is fine).
