Didsbury double room near station, July 21st

My current flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for a professional female to move in! Available from July 21st.

Bedroom
The room has a double bed, large wardrobe so there’s plenty of storage. The room gets natural light and is in a quiet block of flats/area.

A parking space is available in a gated community, WiFi is included in the rent. Bills of water, council tax and electricity are about £150 a month.

Bathroom
You’ll have your own very large bathroom with a bathtub/shower, cupboards for toiletries and a heated towel rail. There’s a storage cupboard in the bathroom as well!

Kitchen/living room
Spacious living area with two big sofas, TV, balcony and large table suitable for working at home.
Washing machine, separate tumble dryer, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, electric hob

Area
2 min walk to east Didsbury train station, 8 min walk to east Didsbury tram stop, 3 min walk to Tesco superstore, less than ten mins to cinema, restaurants, takeaway. Additional street parking for guests! (And now my personal favourite), ten min walk to Waterside leisure centre which is equipped with a gym, ladies only gym, pool, spa and massage equipment!

Hello! I’m May, I work in the city centre as an analyst/medical writer. I sometimes work from home. I’m looking to live with someone who I can friends with and who is up for doing things together! After work I typically go to the leisure centre, then head back to chill out watching tv/scrolling/cooking. My other hobbies include piano (don’t worry, I have headphones and won’t bother you) and baking (I’m a feeder so WILL bother you with baked goods). I like going out for food/drinks/coffee with people and having catch ups after work. I’m not a heavy drinker and don’t smoke.
