The location is honestly one of the best parts — everything is on your doorstep:

- Next to East Didsbury train station

- 5 minute walk to East Didsbury tram stop

- 2 minute walk to the bus stop (easy into town and surrounding areas)

- 2 minute walk to Tesco

- Gym directly across the road

- Right by Parrs Wood entertainment complex

- Around 10 minutes walk into Didsbury village

The room itself is a good-sized double and comes fully furnished, including a wardrobe and 3 sets of drawers, so there’s loads of storage.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which has both a shower and bath, plus a large storage cupboard (as shown in the photos).

The flat is spacious and well set up:
