There is 2 communal bathrooms, a wash room, a dining area and a large living area which opens up to the kitchen. Everything is all wired neatly enabling sky tv accessibility in all rooms.

Large garden with wooden decks perfect for summer bbq's and a storage shed at the end of the garden. There is 2 car parking spaces but lots of space alongside the road.

All bills included - gas/electricity/water/tv license/ council tax/internet/ cleaner and gardener/house insurance.

There is currently 6 of us in the house. We're all very sociable but also respectful to others and the house. We like to keep the house tidy and clean so we want someone who will pull their weight and not treat it like a student house.
