Lovely double room in a gorgeous apartment

I have a double room for rent in my two bedroomed apartment. It is a lovely apartment and is fully furnished with all my things so you don't need to bring anything, apart from things for you own bedroom. I am a clean freak, and would like to find someone that is also clean and tidy and doesn't mind mucking in!! The apartment is opposite East Didsbury train station and not far from the Metrolink so easy access in and around Manchester.

I have a busy and time consuming job, so during the week I like to come home and chill in front of the TV, this isn't a party house, so I would prefer you not getting in contact if you are looking for that.

I want someone to rent my room that is respectful of my privacy, and my posessions, but want them to treat the apartment as their home too.

Your share of the bills are approx. £200 per month, this is for everyting and includes wifi and sky tv.

I am very straight forward and say it as it is, so if this offends, then maybe not the room for you.

I believe honesty is the best policy.
