Double Room with en Suite (short/med term)

I have 1 room to rent in my home in Eccles. It’s a quiet area with lots of green areas nearby. If you have a car, you can park on the drive (there are 2 spaces in total, one of which is mine.)

Available now.

The first floor has a double room with own bathroom, and another spare room. (I will only be renting out one of the spare rooms).

local shops nearby and public transport is right on the doorstep into town.

Nearest bus stop: 10 meters from house which goes all the way to cheetham hill or Trafford centre.
Trafford center is 10 min walk.
City centre: 15 mins drive
M60 /M62: 4 mins in the car.

The room is furnished with a bed and dresser and tv on the wall. Cable tv and wifi along with all the bills are included in rent.

You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for a professional who is pretty laid back.

I work mostly from the office. And gym a lot in my spare time. I’m a clean freak so the house is always spotless, so probably not for you if you aren’t like minded.
