Room to rent in Salford

Hey my names Bethy and I would love to invite a female to rent one of my spare rooms.

I recently broke up with my boyfriend and he’s moved out and so I would love to house share for many reasons!

Not only to feel safer in the house having someone to share with but also to help cover some of the costs to run it.

It is a stunning 4 bed in Ellesmere Park, Eccles, Salford with a rear garden, driveway for parking, and two bathrooms so we won’t ever clash!

The kitchen and dining room is huge and my bedroom is situated on the ground floor with it’s own living area so we all have our own space. All bills are included in this fee. I also have a much larger room equipped with a large TV and extra storage space that I would be looking to rent out for £700 if preferred but that can all be discussed at viewing.
