Double Room - Monton

Hello,

My name is Harry I'm 29 and am looking for a new housemate.

I first moved into this house with my mate in January 2022 he's recently just moved in with his girlfriend.

I consider myself easygoing, clean, tidy, respectful and don't mind a trip to the pub (there's plenty nearby).

I'm someone who strives for balance. I work as a stand-up comedian, meaning I'm at home a lot during the day writing but out 3 to 5 nights a week gigging. Often after gigs, I arrive home very late so I would prefer to avoid anyone looking for 6 AM party sessions every weekend. Ideally, I would be looking for a housemate who doesn't work from home and is office-based.

Outside of comedy, I have a pretty active social life and spend time being active, seeing friends and family, getting outdoors, going to the cinema or going for drinks. I do enjoy meeting new people and would like to find a housemate who is the same plus easygoing, clean, tidy, respectful and enjoys getting stuck in but doesn't mind spending time on their own.

The house originally came unfished so all the current furniture is my own. The room does come with fitted wardrobes. The house is on the end of a cul-de-sac so there is plenty of on-street parking outside. The house has a small yard attached to the back of it and in summer it becomes a real sun trap. In the summer it's great for parties. Plus I've already got a BBQ and garden furniture which means we don't need much else apart from beers and buns. The dining room, lounge and bathroom are good sizes and get a lot of daylight.

The house is in Monton, there are plenty of spots for coffee, food and drinks. It's close to the motorway and has good transport links into town with the regular buses and trams from Eccles.
